At an intensity level chosen by you, and mostly done with apps, we can track your food, water, exercise, sleep, and anything else you want to record.
FITNESS BEHAVIORAL
COACHING
We will have weekly 30-minute online sessions to assess your daily, weekly, and long-term goals and, if necessary, tweak or recalibrate these goals to clear your way.
FITNESS CONCIERGE COACHING
Imagine. YOU can have your own personal Fitness Concierge. Someone who can give you all this, plus anything else can we think of; maybe it’s finding the right class for you, helping you to select your meal at a restaurant, being there when you need someone on your side when you’re struggling, or a helping hand to sift through all the confusing and conflicting information on the internet.
